Terms and cancellation

BidSignals is a tender screening and alert service for UK fire safety, property compliance and related contractors.

What BidSignals provides

BidSignals monitors public procurement sources and sends a filtered digest of opportunities that may be relevant to your trade, region and contract preferences.

The digest may include buyer name, deadline, official source link, service fit notes, region and contract-size notes where available, and first-pass bid/no-bid checks.

Official sources

BidSignals uses public procurement sources including Contracts Finder, Find a Tender, Sell2Wales and Public Contracts Scotland. You should always check the official buyer documents before deciding whether to bid.

Subscription

The founding member rate is GBP 79 per month for the first 10 subscribers, locked for 12 months while the subscription remains active. The standard list price is GBP 149 per month.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.

Payment

Payment is handled securely by Stripe. BidSignals does not store your card details.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time by emailing matthew@bidsignals.co.uk.

Cancellation stops future billing. If you cancel after a monthly payment has already been taken, you will continue receiving the service until the end of that billing period.

First month fit promise

If the first digest is clearly not relevant to the trade or region you gave during onboarding, email within 7 days of receiving it and I will either fix the targeting or refund the first month.

No guaranteed wins

BidSignals does not guarantee that you will win contracts, be shortlisted, or find a suitable tender every week. The service is designed to save screening time and help you spot relevant opportunities earlier.
