What the founding rate actually means. It's a launch price, not a countdown. Founding members help shape the first version of the product, and in return the £79 rate stays fixed for 12 months while subscribed. The 12 months locks your price, not your commitment. You can cancel whenever you like.

The maths, honestly
Where the cost actually sits.
I'm not going to put an invented ROI figure on this page. What I can say is what the cost compares against: the hours your estimator or director spends every week screening notices that were never going to fit, and the occasional good contract that gets found after the window has closed. You already know roughly what an hour of that time costs your business. That's the comparison to make.
When £79 a month makes sense
- You bid for public-sector fire or compliance work
- Someone senior is doing the searching
- You have limited bid capacity and need it aimed well
- You've missed a deadline you'd have wanted
When it doesn't
- You have a full-time bid team already covering the portals
- You work entirely outside UK fire safety and property compliance
- You bid almost exclusively for private-sector work
- Your pipeline is full and you're turning work away
Pricing questions
The things worth asking before you pay.
Is the first digest really free?
Yes, and there's no card involved. You tell me your trades, regions and no-bid rules, and I send the real current digest so you can judge the product rather than the marketing.
What does the £79 founding rate include?
Everything the product does: the weekly filtered digest, bid/watch/pass views, fit notes, named blockers, verified deadlines, official source links, and urgent alerts for strong-fit tenders with short deadlines.
What does 'locked for 12 months' mean?
Your price. While you stay subscribed, the £79 rate holds for 12 months even after the list price applies to new customers. It is not a 12-month commitment and you can cancel at any point.
Why is the list price £149?
That's the standard rate once the founding group closes. Founding members are taking a chance on an early product and helping shape it, and the rate reflects that.
Can I cancel?
Any time, no notice period. Payment runs through Stripe and the terms, cancellation and refund wording are public before you subscribe.
How do I know it's worth £79 a month?
You don't yet, which is exactly why the first digest is free. Read it, and if it doesn't put better opportunities in front of you than the hour you'd have spent searching, don't subscribe.
